Body Weight Exercises are an`excellent  way to train the body to lose excess body fat, tone up the muscles, build strength, develop body awareness, build core strength, and improve performance!

1. How frequent are my Virtual sessions?

sessions are based on your Fitness Assessment and what your personalized needs are to achieve your fitness/health goals. Sessions will typically range from 2-4 sessions/week

2. How long are the sessions?

once gain based you individual needs and Fitness assessment. Duration of sessions will range from 5 minutes up to 40 minutes depending on the intensity of the session and your conditioning levels.

3. Are the session live or pre-recorded or live?

depending on your schedule and the technical components of the exercises some are pre-recorded while others will be live sessions.

4. What is the time commitment to the program?

5. How often will the Body Weight routine change?

every 2-4 weeks depending on your progress

6. Equipment Needed? Basically...just your body! However depending on the level of your fitness you may need a Swiss Ball, Mini-tramp rebounder, Suspended Strength Straps(TRX), and/or Jump Rope.
